Having difficulty with this product. Was easy to set up and both the fountain and skimmer functions work well. Biggest issue though is that the filter clogs over a few hours - which makes the unit float and stop working. Trying to figure out how to improve water quality to stop this happening.

REMOVED THE DUCK WEED FROM MY POND NO PROBLEM, THEN SWITCHED IT TO THE FOUNTAIN, GREAT VALUE.
