Changed your mind on the product?
If any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We do not provide free returns for unwanted goods but can collect goods from an address of your choice for a £20 collection fee per parcel (£60 for pallets) - please email returns@pondkeeper.co.uk to arrange a collection (this collection service is only available for mainland UK). Unfortunately custom-made liners and live plants cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty item?
If your item is faulty please get in touch by emailing returns@pondkeeper.co.uk. Pondkeeper will cover the cost of return for damaged and faulty products.
How to return your items.
Please complete the returns form which was attached to your despatch confirmation email and include this in the package to be returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If returning using your own courier/delivery service, please obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will not be held responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
