This super pond pump and filter set features the latest technology and is perfect for ponds up to 4,500 litres (1,000 gallons). The solids-handling pump runs 24/7 pushing dirt and debris up to the pond filter where the solid particles are caught in the filter foams. Over time these filter sponges will block up (indicated by a red marker popping up on the filter lid). When the filter needs cleaning simply switch the pump off and turn the toggle switch to 'clean'. The pond filter will then begin its uniqe three minute motorised cleaning sequence.
