The PondXpert GreenStop Pro 36w UVC is a professional pond UVC unit, half RRP! Suitable for ponds up to 23,000 litres (5,060 gallons).

The Greenstop Pro series of UVCs from PondXpert are aimed at serious pondkeepers who wants a professional bit of kit at a very competitive price. The PondXpert GreenStop Pro 36w incorporates several simple, but important, features which help to protect the units and vastly improve water clarification.

Pond UVC clarifiers are designed to kill algae by binding algae particles together to remove them from the pond. Clarifiers can also kill harmful bacteria to prevent fish diseases. By including the turbulator, the Greenstop Pro units can remove more algae and bacteria than other 36w UVCs, making your pond healthier.

In-Built UVC: This clarifier includes a built in 36w UVC functionality, keeping your pond clean and clear for the long term!

Thermal Protection (Auto Off Feature): The Greenstop Pro Clarifiers include an advanced thermal protection feature, which turns the pump off should it ever get close to overheating. This provides valuable protection for your equipment!

Turbulator: These clarifiers incorporate a helix design around the bulb, which increases the duration of the UV exposure as the water goes through the unit. This results in a much clearer pond compared to traditional UV Clarifiers.

Flow Adjuster: The Greenstop Pro units include a flow adjuster that can be installed into the unit, giving you control over your flow rate.

The UV filter was as described and appears good value. My only gripe is that the device did not have a UK plug attached - only bare wires! So I had to buy a plug and wire it up myself. Some customers might not want to do this. Reduced a star for this.
