This pond kit requires no mains electricity to run. It uses a solar pond pump with lithium battery back-up and an underwater EcoFilter to clean the pond water. The pond pump includes LED lights which automatically illuminate at dusk. A 9V mains charger is also included for periods when sunlight is low, which is vital should you keep any fish in your eco-pond as water movement stimulates oxygen development.
