Super efficient media for trapping waste particles.
As used in latest versions of Hozelock Bioforce filters. Made under license from Evolution Aqua this media is engineered in a wheel shape and is slightly buoyant.
This near neutral buoyancy allows the media to circulate throughout the filter with only minimal water flow. This flow is created with your air pump and air stones or diffuser etc. Each piece of K3 is approximately the size of a 2p piece.

50 litres of K3 will handle up to 250g of food per day
Can be retro fitted to existing filters - this larger K3 media is the best for this process

Have been looking for these K3 to retro fit into an old filter as I have used K1 in a bio filter before but have struggled to find them just need to see if they do a bigger bag
